At Mel Gems, we hope you love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 10 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned with their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
• Returns must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date.

Items showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, alteration, or improper care may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Clearance or final-sale items
• Items damaged through wear, misuse, or improper care

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send an item back without first submitting a return request.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to send your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Mel Gems is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our regular return process.
